Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Add the product to your cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers over secure connections. We do not store your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can change the address or cancel only before your order has been dispatched. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed in 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 6 to 14 days after dispatch, so most orders arrive roughly 7 to 16 days after you order. These are estimates.
Why does my tracking start in another country?
Orders are fulfilled by supply partners and may ship from outside the United States. Tracking can take several days to update.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
If tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, email info@racqetra.com with your order number. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. See our Refund & Return Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. See our Exchange Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Your bank may need extra time to show it.
The product
Do I need a partner to use the trainer?
No. The Solo Pickleball Trainer is designed for solo practice.
How does the trainer work?
The pickleball is attached to an elastic tether connected to the base. When you hit the ball, it returns toward you on the tether.
What is the base filled with?
The base is fillable. You can fill it with water for stability on a flat surface. Please empty it before returning it.
Where can I use it?
Use it in a clear, suitable space such as a court, driveway, park or backyard. Please read the safe-use notes in our Terms of Service.
